Returns

Pear Shapewear has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on the shipping process. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll organise the collection of the item and send you a shipping waybill. Please print and securely attach this waybill to the courier bag.
Once we receive the item we will send you a payment link for the courier fee, to send you the exchanged item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/ exchanges that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
