I purchased a size S. I recently underwent abdominal surgery and, after 6 weeks post op, have grown tired of the post surgery compression garments. I decided to try Pear Shapewear and am thoroughly impressed with my purchase. Garment fits me perfectly. The compression over the belly is similar to that of the surgery garments, but what is so great is that the fastening is straight up the centre as opposed to the sides. So the shape on the waist is snatched, and the support and comfort are welcomed over prolonged periods of wearing. I would definitely recommend this product! In fact, I'm going to try other styles in their range now that I know the size S compliments my dimensions.
